The scooter was a good idea until we decided to go through the sand dunes on the way back  both girls decided to abandon the scooter which left me carrying Caleb on one side and on the other side the scooter over my shoulder.

I think I can see a few grey hairs in there!

Eventually I managed to get the girls to push and ride the scooter so it was just me and the boy, he through a tantrum after this too and dropped his ice cream in the sand, which then produced an even bigger tantrum.

We discovered a  huge slug on the steps yesterday, Caleb was initally scared of it, but Grandma convinced them both there was nothing to be scared of.

I left the gate open into the kitchen and Caleb being the sneaking boy he is made a run for it.

He thinks I can't see him trying to sneak biscuits with the cupboard doors closed on him
